Tasting from 19.03.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Dark berry, elderberry and blackberry confit with ethereal herbal notes. On the palate with lots of juiciness and fine-grained, loosely knit tannins on a supple base, ripe, well-integrated acidity, intense palate fruit vivid early on, the tannins gain grip on the finish, accompanied by Keuper-spicy, herbal aromas. Very good substance.
