Medium intensity, cloudy cherry red in colour. Youthful aromas, with notes of yeast, raspberry, plum, cinnamon and herbal-earthy notes. Juicy and supple on the palate, with integrated, supporting acidity, notes of plum and sour cherry, distinctive tannins. A dry style, well suited to strongly flavoured dishes.
