A salmon pink colour. Bright Pinot fruit, raspberry, wild strawberry and cherry on the nose, rosehips, fresh herbs and fine yeasty notes. Carefree and yet serious on the palate with a fresh and lively acidity. This is no swimming pool rosé. Elegant tannins, genuine, with a long finish.
