Rich, dense yellow in colour. Spicy aromas on the nose of citrus fruits, forest honey, papaya, and a little smoke, with the wood noticeable. On the palate the acidity is fresh and lively, scented with tangerine and orange which works well with the delicate vanilla note. It's juicy and grippy, with further ageing potential.
