Tasting Notes
Clear white yellow colour. Cool, very clear and restrained fruit nose, currently showing mainly yellow green citrus flavours, pleasantly fresh and concentrated and certainly without the extremely high fruit ripeness of Acham-Magin, for example. Elegant and almost playful on the palate, with a fine, animating raciness and firm, structuring minerality, it appears vital and dancing, but is also not lacking in complexity and length. You can drink this wine now, but anyone who has ever had experience with a mature Kirchenstück from Bürklin-Wolf will be wary of it.
