Minty, subtle and ethereal, thyme, sage, sweet cherry, very creamy base, and very delicate, just a touch of astringency in the tannins, well integrated acidity, intense mineral background, strong alcohol. A wine that pushes finesse to the limit in terms of the wine's body, interpreting terroir and vintage very independently.
More about the tastingThe wood is almost floating. Nougat, subtly roasted, a little smoke. The fruit matches harmoniously. Strawberries, cherry, cassis. Elegant. Vitality on the palate. The acidity is vitalising, the tannin provides grip. A skilful marriage of wood and fruit.
