Tasting Notes
Noticeable but well-integrated wood on the nose, bringing coconut to match the pear and clover blossom notes. It's full and substantial in the mouth, feeling very rich but with freshening acidity seamlessly connected to the body. Loads of mineral depth underpins the palate which is lush but compact. Feels as though it's resting in itself at the moment.
