Intense yellow colour. Ripe and savoury on the nose, aniseed, peach, apricot, rhubarb tart, honeycomb, light caramel. It flows smoothly on the palate with texture and ripe juice, slightly viscous; ripe, refined acidity creates balance, mineral and savoury.
