Finely matured aroma of freshly toasted bread, smoke, herbal spice, candied lime, multilayered and animating. Lively acidity on the palate, very gripping and virile, citrus, good structure and length, very juicy, fine saltiness. Like mature white Bordeaux. Exciting.
