Brilliant, pale straw yellow with light green notes. Very intense and captivating nose, full of tomato leaves, peppers and elderflowers, fresh and aromatic. Very juicy on the palate, opens up and shows good structure, juicy and salty, with notes of gooseberries and elderflowers.
