Alpine mountain scenery and Mediterranean influence allow individual quality wines of pleasant fullness and striking elegance to mature. The Ebner winery is located on the Rittner sun plateau in the southernmost Eisack Valley in South Tyrol, with a wonderful view of the Schlern massif. Traditional customs and the courage to innovate inspire the work of Florian and Brigitte Unterthiner, who are the third generation to run the farm. They live sustainability, quality and authenticity and are happy to pass them on. Florian Unterthiner presses wines full of character with passion and expertise: he relies on his experience in winemaking and his flair for deep, full-bodied, well-structured wines. The Grüner Veltliner and the Pinot Blanc 2020 are prime examples of this. Brigitte and Florian Unterthiner also run a wine tavern on the farm, where you can enjoy hearty South Tyrolean fare with their wines. Well worth a visit!
