Pale golden yellow colour with subtle green reflections. Yellow apples on the nose, with lime zest, meadow herbs and roasted pine nuts. Fine fruity notes on the palate, plenty of lively acidity, drive and invigorating texture, juicy, long finish, supported by remarkable minerality.
