It has a pale bright golden yellow colour, with green reflections. There are aromas of golden apples, pear skin and flint on the nose. On the palate there is a characterful and spicy attack, with well-integrated acidity, and good length. It has a firm minerality, and a nice saltiness, and it is compact and expressive on the finish.
