Intense flinty straw yellow in colour. An intriguing, fragrant nose shows green apple as well as exotic fruit notes - pineapple and kiwi in particular - with some white pepper behind. On the palate it's coherent and charged with tension, but retaining a discreetly creamy texture. Lots of savouriness and a well-integrated acidity lead to a salty finish.
