Falstaff Wine Guide Italy 2025

The basic prerequisite for wine production at the Rielinger winery is the care of the vineyards right up to the harvest, with an understanding of nature and the needs of the plants. The 3.5 hectares of vineyards, on which Vernatsch, Kerner, Zweigelt, Riesling, Müller-Thurgau and Blauburgunder are cultivated, are farmed biodynamically. The environment and biodiversity are promoted, and the natural ripening process of the grapes is interfered with as little as possible. Indigenous yeasts are also used in the winemaking process. The result is pure, natural wines as an expression of the region.
