Light green-yellow in colour. Ripe apple fruit with a fresh orange touch, fine herbal savouriness, attractive bouquet, delicate pineapple flavour. Juicy, very good complexity, pleasant extracted sweetness, taut, carried by a fine acid structure, very animating to drink, fine white fruit in the finish, a multi-faceted food companion, good future.
