Tasting Notes

Tasting from 15.10.2024: Dominik Vombach und Benjamin Herzog

The nose oscillates between spiciness and fruit, with aromas of ripe raspberry, sour cherry, red currant, some pomegranate, and hints of allspice and savory, as well as fine beautifully integrated toasty notes. It is elegant and gentle on the palate, with a fine thread of acidity, spicy red fruit, slightly noticeable ripe tannins, and a long finish.
