Tasting Notes
Light yellow-green with silver reflections. There is a delicate smoky-mineral undertone to the aromas of stone fruit, a hint of tropical fruit and a little blossom honey. Juicy and elegant on the palate, with fine yellow peach fruit and fine acidity. Harmonious, with a touch of pineapple and some minerality on the finish. Good length and definite ageing potential.
