Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green with silver reflections. On the nose there is a note of peach, a little quince, saffron, delicate blossom honey and a touch of grapefruit. The palate is tight-knit, juicy and elegant, with complex, racy structure. It is mineral, salty, slender and lively, with yellow tropical fruit on the lemony finish. Long lasting and with definite ageing potential.
