The white wine Mineral Riesling trocken Riesling, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Emrich-Schönleber has been rated in 2016 by Axel Biesler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Nahe in Germany.
This Riesling bears its name quite rightly. Also because the minerality in the wine will presumably never be completely proven, but always leaves room for aromatic leeway. Of course, this requires goodness in the glass, which is expressed here as crystalline acidity, brilliant fruit and a taut finish.
