Sweet woody bouquet, but without being overpowering. Slightly ripened, yellow fruit, fennel seeds, honeydew melon, papaya, mint. The wood comes through more strongly on the palate with a vanilla-like sweetness that also provides texture. Framed by a ripe, yellow-fruity acidity, the result is a beautiful representative of a more opulent, wood-accentuated Sauvignon Blanc style.
