Tasting Notes
Light yellow-green. Inviting yellow fruit notes of ripe pear, a hint of mango, a delicate floral touch, and subtle herbal spice. Juicy, very elegant, creamy texture, with notes of fresh apple, a delicate arc of acidity, a crisp structure, subtle lemony nuances on the finish, a hint of caramel on the finish, and very good aging potential.
