The white wine »Stilbruch« Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Escher has been rated in 2017 with 87 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Pear, quince, fennel tea, pastis, rather discreet on the palate, much more conventional than the labeling as a mash-fermented Chardonnay promises, only medium-bodied in its phenolic extract and also in its aromatic persistence.
