Light carmine-garnet colour, ochre reflections, broad rim brightening. Candied orange zest, preserved cherry, red forest berry confit, fine herbal savouriness, still rather restrained bouquet. Taut, savoury, some redcurrant, salty and lemony on the finish, still a little demanding, will benefit from bottle ageing.
