Tasting from 09.09.2011

Medium yellow. Fine apple fruit, very delicate red berry and spicy nuances. Animating acidity on the palate, polished fruit, delicate balance, a hint of Himalayan salt (also in terms of color), wonderful with mushrooms and risotto.
