Tasting Notes
Medium yellow green. Initially somewhat restrained, fine tobacco savouriness, smoky stone meal note, opens slowly in the glass, fine dried herbal savouriness, a hint of dark chocolate. Still very closed on the palate, intense minerality, appears cool and somewhat repellent, should definitely be decanted, fine orange confit, finesse-rich acidity, mouth-watering finish, makes you want to take another sip. A fascinating food companion with great future ageing potential. Extremely youthful.
