Tasting Notes
Medium yellow green colour. Fine initial ripeness, herbal savouriness, coconut notes, dark minerality, delicate citrus zest, ethereal nuances, tangerine oil, grapefruit. Complex, pronounced in fruit, incredibly intense, subtle nougat, well-integrated acid structure, a very opulent style, salty and persistent, clear residual sugar on the finish. Lacking the very last balance, also lacking a completely clear Riesling definition on the palate.
