Tasting Notes
It has a complex nose, with ripe but not overripe fruit, more berry than yellow fruited, some cereal-scented notes, and a touch of oak character, it is well-balanced bouquet. It is multi-layered on the palate as well, yet in unison, with a nice texture, ripe acidity, freshness and juiciness, as well as lovely fruit, and it finishes slightly salty and not too sweet.
