Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle ochre brightening on the rim. Delicately smoky-herbal spice, dark wild berries, fresh black cherries. Juicy, elegant, ripe plums, well-integrated ripe tannins, some nougat on the finish, shows length and ageing potential, already drinking well.
