Tasting Notes
This has a medium transparent ruby colour, with signs of ripeness. There are aromas of ripe fruit, black cherry, red berry, concise but appropriate toasty notes, plus baking spices. It is pleasantly soft but slender on the palate, again with distinctive Pinot fruit, a pleasant density, a juicy acidity, and fine tannins. It lingers for a long time.
More about the tastingDense ruby. Potpourri of ripe red fruit, notes of blond tobacco and baking spices, discreet floral notes. The spiciness from the oak maturation is evident on the palate, vivid acidity that still somewhat opposes the ripe tannins. May still mature.
