Tasting Notes

90+
Tasting from 14.11.2025: Ulrich Sautter

The nose is dominated by wormwood and meadow herbs. Almond blossom, green walnut shell, white pepper and Muscat notes. Grassy notes and tart chalkiness. Noticeable substance and mellowness on the palate, carried by a clearly perceptible, citrusy acidity. Subtle minerality. Tangy and fresh.
