Tasting from 14.11.2025: Ulrich Sautter

On the nose, dominant aromas of rose petal, rapeseed honey, coconut, candied orange, vine peach and stewed Mirabelle plum, alongside sesame and spice. On the palate there is a charming interplay between residual sweetness and lively acidity with subtle phenolics. Refined, juicy and youthfully fresh.
