Deep golden yellow, brilliantly clear. Ripe apple, orange peel, sage and black tea on the nose, with slightly lactic notes that fade with air. Mild acidity on the palate, polished tannins and a smooth mouthfeel. Less fruity, more delicately spicy with notes of white pepper, tobacco leaf, lemon zest and dried fruit, with a bitter almond finish.
