The rosé »Cuvée Rosé« trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Fitz-Ritter has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Franc, Merlot from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Bright salmon pink in the glass. The aroma is delicately spiced with sour cherry, redcurrant, rose hip, lime zest and dried herbs. On the palate it shows with a fine sweetness to the fresh fruit, yet not kitschy, a juicy, mature rosé, a stimulating drink as a soloist and at the table.
