Almost cream colour, rather restrained and fine smokey nose, fresh caraway, discreet fruit, raspberry, pear, yellow plum. Ambitious design on the palate, combining substance and also power with neat acidity and ripe phenolics. The alcohol is integrated, smooth fullness to the finish.
