The rosé Rhodt Ordensgut Rosé Fumé trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Fleischmann-Krieger has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Blaufränkisch, St. Laurent from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Light salmon colour. Caramel and mint, some clove, and red berry fruit on the nose. There's hints of wood but it's well integrated. On the palate the wine is full-bodied and tightly structured with a firm acidity, markedly low alcohol and very vivid fruit. Will certainly continue to grow up in an exciting way.
