The white wine »Himmelsstürmer« Blanc de Noir Spätburgunder trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Forster has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Nahe in Germany.
It has a light golden pink colour. There are berry aroma notes of Pinot Noir, as well as cherry and wild raspberry, and a lovely spiciness. It is juicy and noticeably sweet on the palate, with peach melba, and a supple acidity. It is a Blanc de Noir that does not want to provoke. It is balanced and elegant.
