Tasting Notes

Tasting from 23.03.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Tangerine and pear on the nose, white and yellow flowers, stone fruit, nutty aromas, almond, meadow herbs and wet stone. Juicy, full-bodied and creamy on the palate with fine savouriness, powerful and compact, notes of pear and apple with herbs, ripe acidity, chalky minerality, dry in appearance, fine savouriness on the finish. Harmonious.
