Tasting from 23.03.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Nutty and smoky notes on the nose, the oak ageing is evident. Herbal, savoury aromas with ripe melon, pear, light stone fruit and yellow flowers. Also, some nutmeg. A powerful and firm structure with good extract builds up in the mouth. Savoury and consistent, dry, without cosmetic sweetness. Juicy pear with herbal notes and mineral tones. Good length. Young.
