Tasting Notes
Dark ruby with purple reflections. On the nose, aromas of fine oak, a touch of cardamom, fruits of the forest confit and subtle hints of liquorice and chocolate. The juicy palate is elegantly textural with fine tannins and notes of ripe cherry, candied violet and dark nougat. Finishes very long with the potential for further ageing.
