Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Black berry fruit with delicate tobacco and balsamic undertones, a hint of nougat caramel. Complex, spicy, black berry fruit, present, still demanding tannin, appears somewhat dry on the finish, still needs more bottle ageing.
