Tasting Notes
Bright yellow-green with silver reflections and a delicate mousse. An inviting bouquet with a little orange zest and yellow stone fruit, a touch of biscuit and subtle plum. Juicy and elegant on the palate, with a lively acid structure, mineral-salty flavours and a fine savoury finish, then quince on the aftertaste. Definite ageing potential.
