Red and black cherry on the ripe and rich aroma, followed by blackberry with oak spice and nuances of juniper. Due to the vintage, it is not particularly light on the palate. This is a Pinot Noir with substance and power and a resilient tannin backbone. A great food wine to go with braised meat dishes.
