Not at all in keeping with the variety, this wine is enormously ripe. Smells of blossom honey, honeydew melon and papaya. Animating and juicy. Fine toast spice provides tension. Unfortunately, its story remains somewhat banal on the palate, as it shows little momentum and remains very confined by the wood. Where has the acidity gone?
