Ripe, sweetish pear, accompanied by yellow plum, savoury, fresh bay leaf. Already accessible on the palate with a balance that aims for equilibrium, noticeable residual sweetness, ripe acidity, a hint of carbonic acid, finishes with smoothness and fine savouriness.
