Tasting Notes
Spicy, plum and clove, intense wood, vanilla, some reductive notes as well, densely material on the palate, light green nuances, grippy texture, material, noticeable mineral influence, still very young wine.
More about the tastingWild cherry on the nose, focused and multi-layered, with herbal and savoury notes, fine roasted aromas, fresh bay leaf, beet and orange zest. Lots of extract-driven substance on the palate, accompanied by a fresh acidity that never seems heavy, stable, fleshy tannin backbone of high quality, dry, purist and yet with a tightly woven fullness and chalky mineral finesse. A lot of Pinot for the money.
