Tasting Notes
Golden with greenish reflections. Complex aroma, almost fresh fruit on the one hand with notes of vine peach and plum, then also savoury and floral, fennel herb, wormwood, lavender, and menthol. On the palate linear, juicy, steely in acidity with restrained sweetness, lean and focused, concentrated in its fruit, fascinating in its almost dry charisma. At the same time it is super long and fresh.
