The sekt »Cuvée Prestige« Rosé brut, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Familie Allendorf has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, Schwarzriesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Yeast, fine autolysis notes, brioche with raspberry and red cherry, apple skin and blueberry, as well as quince. Grippy on the palate with lively acidity and fine mousse, uncompromisingly dry and yet with juicy and creamy substance, unpretentious, very clear in aromatics.
