The sweet and dessert wine Winkel Hasensprung Riesling Spätlese, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Familie Allendorf has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 - 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Initially lightly scented, then bitter orange, jasmine, a little lavender here too. Deliciously delicate and elegant sweetness on the palate, very fresh and juicy. After a short time, an animating astringency develops, which really stimulates the drinking flow. A great wine!
