The white wine Roter Berg Kenzingen Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2017 from the winery Weingut Fritz Waßmer has been rated in 2019 with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Baden in Germany.
Tasting Notes
Creamy, lemon powder, oak very well integrated. Mild acidity, enormous substance and density, if the Staufener Schlossberg had even more of a framework then then Roter Berg is more lush, spicy, and with more body. It is a question of stylistic preferences.
